General Motors website pitch

I designed the 'Rent a Ride' website for General Motors, focusing on creating a seamless online car rental experience. Although this project did not culminate in a job offer, it was a significant achievement that showcases my skills in user interface design and my ability to deliver comprehensive digital solutions. The website featured an intuitive booking system, real-time vehicle availability updates, and personalized user recommendations, all within a clean, accessible layout that enhances user satisfaction and efficiency. This experience has enriched my design and overall website development and problem-solving skills.

For the General Motors annual report, I embraced a design strategy that highlighted GM's yearly achievements and financial performance through a mix of compelling visuals and concise data presentation. My design aimed to be more than just informative; it sought to tell the story of the year's successes and challenges in an engaging, visually appealing way. Features such as custom infographics and a streamlined layout allowed stakeholders to easily understand complex financial data and key business outcomes. Although this project did not lead to a job offer, it stands as a testament to my ability to convey significant corporate information in a clear, impactful manner that aligns with the strategic goals of an enterprise.

In the General Motors 'Early Learning Project,' I designed an educational platform aimed at teaching children about cars through interactive and engaging content. The website combined colorful, child-friendly graphics with simple, intuitive navigation to help young learners explore the basics of automotive technology and environmental awareness. Interactive quizzes and animated videos made learning both fun and memorable. Although this initiative was part of a pitch that did not result in a job, it underscores my ability to blend educational principles with creative digital design to produce learning tools that are both informative and captivating for young audiences.
